We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction with our work. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a return or refund. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such requests.
- Scope of Returns and Refunds
MM Dev offers returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
Defective Service: If you believe that the service provided by MM Dev is defective or does not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement between MM Dev and the Client, you may be eligible for a return or refund.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided by MM Dev due to reasons beyond defects, you may request a return or refund. This includes situations where the delivered work does not meet your expectations or requirements.
Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project before the commencement of work, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms outlined in the agreement between MM Dev and the Client.
Courses: If you purchase one of our courses and find it unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the course content is defective or does not match the description provided.
- If you are unable to access the course materials due to a technical error on our part.
- Process for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team at contact@mmdev.co.za within 7 days of receiving the service or purchasing the course. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
In your return request, please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Description of the issue or reason for the return
- Any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request
Upon receiving your return request, our team will assess the situation and determine eligibility for a return or refund. We may request additional information or clarification as needed to expedite the process.
- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days of approval. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note that MM Dev reserves the right to withhold a portion or the entirety of the refund amount if the conditions outlined in this Returns and Refund Policy are not met or if there are any outstanding payments owed by the Client.
